CURSING

So I have always wondered what the deal was with cursing. If you take just a few seconds to think about it, analyze it, chew it, spit it out, puke it out, and just plain rest it on your brain, maybe you will find yourself as flabbergasted as I am now. Cuss words are just that, words, among the total 988,968. What makes them so terrible? So many people say them these days, not to mention their infinite placement in television, radio, film, and any other media source ever broadcasted. Over time, they have lost their "shock" value. People say them... well, just to say them; to add *oomph* to the conversation. It's like a forbidden exclamation point. So my point is, what makes it okay to call someone stupid, but not an a**. They are both just a series of letters where I believe we are able to make them what we want. So if we really want to get rid of cussing, and the "hatred" that some believe it portrays, then why doesn't everyone cuss? Just make it okay to cuss, then what can people do?
